Avocado Green Goddess Sauce

A delicious twist on the Green Goddess sauce using avocados. Serve on a mixed salad, as a dip, in a Buddha bowl or in a baked potato.

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (you can use any mix you want - parsley, basil, chives, dill or tarragon)
  • 1 to 3 tbsp water
Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until combined. Add water to achieve the consistency you like.
  2. Serve on a mixed salad, as a dip, in a Buddha bowl or in a baked potato.
