Pauline was recommended to me by my daughter. I was hoping she could help me with my nutrition and set me on the right path to help my symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I knew that I should be eating a healthy diet and should be cutting out certain food types but I was confused by all the conflicting information found online and knew that I wasn't eating properly or getting nutrients that I needed to be healthy.
Pauline set me up with a food plan and a list of foods that would be good for me and foods I needed to avoid. She set goals for me to achieve, helped me with meal planning, gave me ideas to overcome obstacles that I felt were hindering me to achieve my goals. She checked in on me at regular intervals to see how I was doing and how I felt etc. She also helped me with mindfulness and showed me different ways of thinking.
