Having experienced and overcome my own fertility struggles, I understand the feelings of frustration and disappointment when our bodies let us down and don’t work the way we want them to. What’s more, I’ve witnessed in myself and others the transformative power of nutrition in enhancing our health and well-being.

Pauline is a kind, open, warm woman who has a wealth of knowledge on Fertility & nutritional support. Her friendly non- non-judgmental approach has really helped me feel at ease whilst being coached by her.
