Pauline is a kind, open, warm women who has a wealth of knowledge on Fertility & nutritional support. Her friendly non- judgemental approach has really helped me feel at ease whilst being coached by her. I have learnt a lot about nutrition, how foods can help support my hormones and she has helped me put a plan in place to set out my nutritional goals & to stick to building healthy habits when it comes to food & exercise.

I’ve really lacked motivation to get to the gym and eat healthy for about 6 months and even the start of January I had no new year motivation. Pauline listened to my health concerns and helped me identify important areas to focus on, she helped me set some goals that were achievable and have helped me get back into the swing of things. Pauline was recommended to me by my daughter. I was hoping she could help me with my nutrition and set me on the right path to help my symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I knew that I should be eating a healthy diet and should be cutting out certain food types but I was confused by all the conflicting information found online and knew that I wasn’t eating properly or getting nutrients that I needed to be healthy.
Pauline set me up with a food plan and a list of foods that would be good for me and foods I needed to avoid. She set goals for me to achieve, helped me with meal planning, gave me ideas to overcome obstacles that I felt were hindering me to achieve my goals. She checked in on me at regular intervals to see how I was doing and how I felt etc. She also helped me with mindfulness and showed me different ways of thinking. She followed up with regular emails which also set out what we had discussed, this made everything very clear for me and I could also use it as a tool to refer back to if needed. Pauline also answered any questions or queries that I had.
I now feel in control of my health and feel clear in my mind of what I should and shouldn’t be eating. I will continue to follow her recommendations and hopefully my health will improve even further over time. Anyone looking for help and advice on nutrition then Pauline is your lady.. I am so grateful to her.

When we first started sessions, A-L was experiencing signs of hormonal imbalance (insomnia, weight gain, lack of energy, signs of blood sugar imbalance). We began by focusing on blood sugar balance, starting with a protein-rich, balanced breakfast. Alongside this, we had coaching sessions around core values and how these affect daily nutrition and lifestyle choices. After a few sessions, she reported no longer feeling hungry all the time, sleeping better and with more energy. She felt that her ‘batteries’ weren’t depleting so quickly any more.
