I know just what it’s like. Wonky hormones have been a part of my life since when I first started having periods. Things seemed to get better for a while, but then I was diagnosed with unexplained infertility in my late 30s. So clearly things still weren’t going quite right. Thankfully, after boosting my fertility naturally, I conceived naturally and carried to term. Nowadays, I’m navigating the ever-changing hormonal scene of perimenopause, while being a mum and running my own business!
